When I first arrived in South Korea in 2017, I tried matcha for the very first time and something about it instantly resonated with me. I loved its earthy taste and the calm, clear energy it brought. Soon, it became more than just a drink; it became part of my daily routine.

A few years later, I visited Kyoto, Japan, to learn more about matcha in one of the top matcha farms. It was an inspiring experience that deepened my appreciation for the craft but it was back in South Korea where I truly found what I was looking for.

Families have been cultivating tea for generations, using time-honored techniques and treating each leaf with genuine care.

What made them stand out even more was their dedication to producing organic and Halal matcha, completely natural and free from additives or artificial processing.
